Earlier this week, we applauded the introduction of H.R. 1663, the Small Business Encouragement Act. When the bill’s author, Congressman Allen West (FL-22) heard the news, he, in turn, thanked eBay for its support of the bill, which would provide tax credits to small businesses hiring unemployed workers.
